Decide exact portable file roles/metadata and source ownership/synchronization semantics before implementing the second-brain and connectors.
- Spike Markdown/frontmatter/sidecar context-pack variants
- Define canonical file versus database projection rules
- Define GitHub/Calendar/email ownership, freshness, polling/webhook and writeback conflict rules
- Specify import/export/migration

- Representative Project and Area packs are human-readable without HUE
- Canonical/derived ownership table is complete
- Conflict and offline behavior are specified
