Prove OpenCode is a first backend rather than a permanent dependency by running equivalent fixtures through alternate coding runtimes.
- Implement minimal Codex adapter
- Implement minimal Claude Code adapter
- Normalize lifecycle/events/artifacts
- Document capability differences and fallback limits
Acceptance criteria
Section titled “Acceptance criteria”- Both pilots pass applicable conformance fixtures
- No HUE Space/Session schema changes required
- Differences appear through capability/health metadata
- Recovery semantics remain truthful
