Goal

Turn immutable run events into durable UI-readable projections.

Scope

  • Project task/step/worker state
  • Stream and replay from cursor

Acceptance criteria

  • Page refresh reconstructs identical task state
  • Duplicate events are idempotent
  • User summary excludes raw noise
  • Lag/health is observable

Implementation handoff requirements

  • Provide real verification output; do not rely on a worker/agent self-report.
  • Update only the exact documentation sections whose status changed.
  • Include screenshots or a recording for user-interface changes.
  • Include migration, rollback and recovery notes for data/state changes.
